Albanian Professional Women Organization

The Albanian Professional Women organization aims to create a platform where Albanian women in Michigan working in various professional industries can connect, support each other, and learn through various opportunities, such as mentoring, networking, and educational events. Regardless of what region of Albania we come from, or what our religious beliefs are, our goal is to unite the women in our community and bring them together. Through these connections, we hope to empower and inspire Albanian women to take control of their careers, thrive, and expand their contributions in our society.

Women in the Workplace 2019
by McKinsley & Company
This year marks the fifth year of our research on women in the workplace, conducted in partnership with LeanIn.Org. We look back on data and insights since 2015 from close to 600 companies that participated in the study, more than a quarter of a million people that were surveyed on their workplace experiences, and more than 100 in-depth one-on-one interviews that were conducted.
