Program overview:

The Albanian Professional Women Organization's Mentorship program aims to promote personal and professional growth, networking and improve engagement of Albanians in the community. Our objective is to connect Albanian women with experienced leaders in the community who can help define their roadmap to success and contribute to their development.

Our mentorship program currently supports the traditional mentor-mentee relationship where mentees directly request the mentor they would potentially like to be paired up with. Please note that we encourage everyone to initially get to know their potential mentor to ensure both sides are a good fit for each other, prior to committing to regular meetings.

Mentoring is a continuous development relationship through which one person (the mentor) shares knowledge, information, skills, and invests time in enhancing another person's (the mentee) growth, knowledge, and skillset. If you are interested to become a mentor or a mentee, please register below.
